Pull/strain of hip flexor when deadlifting
Sometimes when I deadlift or when I do a pullthrough I feel a small sharp pulling feeling on my left hip flexor. I'm pretty sure this is because I'm squating the weight at those times. Am I right? If not what could be causing the pain/pull in the hip flexors? Also why is it just one sided?
