Default Pain deep in the under arm

The pain began when i was doing renegade rows this friday
The pain is in the under arm, left arm
feels like its deep in the muscle, or in the bone
if the bone, it would be the "ulna" bone.
I dont know which muscle there could be,
tried looking at an anatomy chart, but its hard to tell.
Its about at the middle of the under arm,
on the same side as the pinky finger
Its a sharp pain, it only happenes when i release the preassure on it (and lasts for e very short time),
when i raise up from the pushup position of the renegade row,
after having done the row with my right arm and supported my weight with the left arm.
the pain is worst when i release the preassure.
no specific movement causes pain,
its just when i put alot of preassure on the arm, if i do for example pushups,
i cant really feel it, so i guess it takes more preassure than that.
nothing really makes the pain better, exept not putting preassure on it.
i cant really do renegade rows. Military press, bench press, stuff like that,
is fine, atleast for the time being.
Im just worried its gonne evolve and get better.
because right now its not keeping me from doing much.
Its not really getting worse, but i havent had that much time to tell if it is either.

Think i gave a clear report there, anyone got any idea what this might be?

So, you've had transient pain around the elbow joint for a day?

not around the elbow joint. if you cut the distance from the elbow to where the hand starts in half, thats about the spot (its about where my forearm muscle starts bulging when i flex), and it only happenes when i put preassure on it. maybe i should have said forearm instead of underarm, sorry.

But it's only been for a day, right?

And how long have you been doing renegade rows?

its sunday afternoon here now, 10:34 pm and it started friday evening, so yeah, one full day.

Friday was the 3d week i did it, i only do them on friday.

And a little update. Today i think the pain has gotten a bit worse, i dont have to put as much preassure on it as before to feel the pain.

My advice would be to see how it goes this Friday. If it hurts, then don't do them. Mid-way down your forearm and deep; and from your description of the pain sounds very similar to a possible small injury to the interosseus membrane, which is a fibrous structure that "webs" across the space between your ulna and radius. If you're impacting your wrist during the rows on the eccentric phase of the row, this could be causing minute damage to the membrane.

On the other hand, you could just have sore forearms...
