Default Reverse Hypers for rehabbing prolapsed discs

Hi Bill,

Wanted your opinion on using reverse hypers for rehabbing, healing(?) a prolapsed disc. Powerlifting guru, Louie Simmons can't stop recommending them as the exercise helped him tremendously while Stuart Mcgill says they have a shearing effect on the back and I am totally confused.

I don't have access to the reverse hyper machine but have done them in the past, hanging from a high bench.

would love to hear your comments.

Thanks

Kamal

All due respect to Louie Simmons, I'd follow Dr. McGill's advice if I were you.
