"Inside Out" product?
Any non trainers buy this? As a individual with with long time shoulder issues this product really intrigues me, but it's not cheap either. Just curious to get some feedback if it is good purchase for the average joe looking to improve his shoulder stability. thanks in advance!

I'm a trainer, so maybe I'm not the person to whom you directed your question, but I think this is the perfect product for you. It's not difficult to understand, the movements are exactly what you need to improve your shoulder stability, and one of the bonus sections is directed specifically at desk workers (the section titled Behavior Modification).

I'm not a trainer and I have (and use) both Inside Out and Maximum Mobility.
Nothing against all the other stuff I've purchased, but these two items are used (not physically) every day. I use what I've learned to warm up better, become more flexible, and actually lift heavier weights with far less "pain." I never really had pain, but we all get little twinges, here and there. Not so many, now.
If you can only buy one, I'd buy I/O, since you want the shoulder focus. But, if you're considering buying both, before you do, contact Mike Robertson about it. There are a couple of deals for both products together, plus a awesome companion manual for I/O. Plus, EC and MR just announced a companion manual for Max Mobility. I'm not sure about a deal that includes that, but MR would be the one to ask!
As a non-trainer, I love both products!

Thanks for the quick replies! I have read several of both of your posts, and I think both of you know what you are talking about. I think I am sold on it already.

Ditto here. I'm not a trainer but use both MM and IO daily. Both of these products are chock full of useful information for keeping a "weekend warrior" injury free.

I'm not a trainer. I've had shoulder issues for a while now (going to an ortho on Tuesday.) After utilizing the warms ups in I/O, I haven't had the PWO pain that I sometimes had before.
