Default Is pain relief an indicaction?

My shoulder is doing much better and im back to lifting somewhat. I can bench with lighter weights with no pain, and can raise my arm above my head with very very little aggrivation, is this a real indication that things are getting better?

Since it looks like you had impingement, yes, it sounds as if you are getting better. I would be very careful in increasing your weights, and continue with the stretching. I would highly recommend Inside/Out as it will address many of the mobility issues that predispose someone for impingement (specifically thoracic mobilty and scapular mobility and posture/positioning). There are many great rehab/prehab exercises on it that will allow your shoulder to continue to improve while reducing the risk of repeat injury.
