Default guys... only half of my butt works.

I didn't know what else to name my thread :/

I've had a troubling back for a long time now and my posture is pretty terrible. But for some time now, I've noticed that I cannot do lunges correctly on my right leg, when i sit on one knee it feels like putting 20x more pressure while on my right knee, and anytime I stand up my right foot is pointing at a right angle. When I sit down, I sit mostly on my left side and lean towards it. I do this because my right glute seems to have no muscle, it's just there. For example, you can probably get a handful of my right glute because it feels like a piece of flab with no life to it.

When I try to flex my glutes, it seems that only a portion of my right glute (a very deep portion closer to the center) feels hard and the rest is flab.

I have right knee pain when I'm driving and anytime I accelerator/switch to the brakes, it feels awkward and the way I have to sit is also awkward.

While I was running a mile the other day, my right leg was hitting the ground very hard.

What can I do about this? Should I see a doctor immediatly? (While typing this I've been putting almost all of my weight on my left side.)

do you have pain if you force yourself to sit on the right side?

can you pinch your butt muscles together?

Bill: thanks your your reply.

Yes, I can pinch my butt muscles together, and when I do try to sit on my right, the rest of my body hurts, mainly in my lower and upper back area. Also, if I try to sit on my right, I feel as if I'm sitting on the bone, and there's nothing 'cushiony' about that. The normal postion for me is to put the majority of my weight on my left side.

I've also noticed that when I sit down, my right leg/glute sinks in COMPLETELY. I'm already flat footed but it's as if my right leg is flat all in itself.
