Information about the specific location and some backround of when the pain started may help get you some answers. You may want to search this forum for some info as well.

FYI...we typically only respond to posts that are written in English with at least attempts at proper spelling and capitalization (exceptions to those who use English as a second language).

Where in the elbow do you feel it?
Is it just noise or is it painful at the same time?
Do you notice it with any other movements or activities?
How long has it been painful?
Does it hurt after exercise?
Is there anything that makes it feel better?

Most situations like this are related to overuse due to training too often and using the same exercises for extended periods of time.
