Knee Pain
I have sharp pain in my left knee (in front, below the patella) that is exacerbated by walking up and down stairs and squatting. I assume I hurt it by going too heavy/sloppy on lunges.
Some quick questions: How do I get a good leg workout without squats/lunges/deadlifts, etc? What type of cardio is best until pain subsides? What can I do to make sure I don't injure it again? Thanks!
