I was already using a side-lying external rotation instead of a low pulley external rotation because I don’t have a low pulley machine
I’ll change over to DB Cuban Presses. I will also split the routine in two.
As for the rotating of DE days, I was thinking about it and might do it. Right now I rotate bands and no bands. I might also rotate in a repetition day like Joe Defranco uses in WSSB
