Default Jaw Injury

I dont know if this is your field, but ill try anyways.
So my jaw is pretty bad, its locked, i cant just open it up without it going through a click, if i want it to go all the way up i have to press it to the right side until you hear a "click" then i can take it all the way up, i can shut it in a straight line, again it says click. Sometimes i have to press at the left side of my jaw, up where the jaw muscle is while i open the jaw to the right. Sometimes its even so bad i cant get it up at all, usually after i wake up from a good nights sleep.

I think it comes from some time i managed to get my OWN knee in my jaw climbing inn a window, its a LONG time ago. The knee hit me on the right side of the jaw if i remember correctly.

Ive been to a doctor, and she said she was gonna send me a note in the mail about when to come take xray, but i just wanted to know if you have any idea what it could be/how to fix it.

EDIT: oops, i thought i posted this in the injury forum, but it was here, sorry!

You need to see your doctor. It sounds like you may have displaced the disc in your tempormandibular joint.
