Default Abdominal Cramps

Not the kind we typically think of, but an actual muscle cramp in my "two pack" area. Actually the top, left side "pack."

When I do reverse crunches, the past two weeks, during my 2nd set, I cramp up. It was really, really bad, too. It was like the Alien was bursting out. It was really pushed out there. I was sorta torn between screaming and staring at it. After I did a little of both, I massaged it back down and stopped doing them.

This is the 3rd time it's happened in 3 weeks. This is new and it's probably related to other things, since the body is all one big connected lump of flesh (Is that how you phrased it, Bill?). I've done these before, with no issues.

My current routine also has cable woodchoppers, weighted incline situps, and db side bends. All of which, I've also done before.

Any suggestions? Other than stop doing them? That part's taken care of...

Drop the incline sit-ups and see if it makes a difference. Also watch the range of motion on the reverse crunches. You may be trying to achieve too much flexion.
