Default Knee Rehab

I had ACL reconstruction back in October and have been released from physical therapy. Right now I am trying to gain the strength back in my right leg. I am doing Waterbury's ABBH I and I was wondering if I should add a day of unilateral movements or if I should be doing something else entirely. The program has me doing Front Squats and Deadlifts for leg work.

Primary emphasis on your training program should be to restore single leg strength.

Did your PT give you a functional progression for return to normal activities?

Not quite sure what you mean. My PT told me to do 3x10 on leg press and leg extensions to get the strength back. I haven't been doing the leg extensions (not a fan of them) and substituted squats for the leg press. Other than that they told me I could do what I wanted although my ortho said to stay away from sports until I am at least 80% or more. I really don't think I am there yet and I would relly like to be at or near 100% when the fall semester starts, so I can play intrmurals (football and soccer).
