Shoulder pain, improving but?....
I'll try and keep this brief, but since I'm not sure where to start....
I've struggled with varying levels of pain during lifts like Bench press and Incline press for a number of years now. Mostly my right shoulder, but sometimes in my left to a lesser extent. I've been performing a foundation strength routine for about a month now, DB Bench, Squats, Deads, standing press, Pendlay Rows. Surprisingly, my shoulder has slowly improved each week, to the point where I no longer feel any noticeable pain during any of the lifts (my row strength now equals my DB Bench strength, I was suspecting this may have something to do with the improvement).
The main symptom I have remaining now is a large flexibility imbalance. With my left arm, I can easily reach behind my back and touch either shoulder blade with my hand, but with my right, I have to squirm around to get my hand to my left blade.
So, 2 questions - Is this enough info to point to a specific condition, and if so are there steps I can take from a rehab standpoint to work back into BB Bench/incline again?
Thanks in advance!
