Default Assessment

Bill,

Are there any general assessment tests you use with people to determine cause of low back disorders. I know mcgill uses an isometric ab hold @ 45 degrees, side bridges, back extension hold.

I was thinking we need something similar however we do not have a slant board, or space for the back extension hold.

I work in a corporate setting, and w need something easy to train people on and easy to implement.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Gary Cook is one of the premiere physcial therapists and performance enhancement specialists in the country. He has developed movement screens (assessments) that are easy to use and user friendly. The top strength coaches in the field use them all the time. CHeck them out: www.functionalmovement.com
