Default tailbone injuries hurt

hey all, i badly bruised my tailbone on monday and i qualified for the regionals in track and my 800m race is tomorrow. I can jog but cannot run full speed. i have been icing and putting on heat. I don't know if i will be able to run now after the whole season of working my butt off. Do you guys have and routines or stretches i can do from now until tomorrow to better my condition. I am using ICYHOT and mineral ice.

If it's actually bruised, I wouldn't think stretching would do any good.
