Sprained MCl
Recomendations for Rehab? I am 5 days out. I am currently doing straight leg raise to front side and back. Started light leg extensions, calf raises, and single leg RDL. I ride a stationary bike before excercising. I am also alternating hot and cold packs.
I am currently walking with somewhat of a limp.
It was evaluated by an ER physician because I thought it was more serious
