Default Strained Hip Flexor

I'm pretty sure that I have strained my left hip flexor. I first noticed a pain while coming out of the bottom of a full squat and now I cannot squat below parallel without feeling a pain in my hip. It feels tight throughout the day and can be painful when I stand from a sitting position. The pain is localized in theIliacus.

What type of treatment should I do for this? I'm not going to squat for a while (which absolutley kills me). Are there any movement patterns or stretches that could help? Would ART do any good? Can I still do deadlifts and power cleans if they don't cause pain?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Adam
