pulled muscle
Hi guys. Well I have a question having to do with my arm muscle - I can easily pull it. It's either my bicep, brachialis, or maybe some rotator cuff muscle or maybe I just stretch it out too much, when I both tense it too much (like bear hugs, arm wrestling), or when I throw a football. Anyone know why this occurs? Anyways to prevent future injury? It hurts now, and being a courtesy clerk doesn't help heal it (with pushing the carts and all). Thanks
