Default Minor electric numbing down spine

So for about 3 weeks now (maybe longer), if I tilt my chin down to touch my chest, I get this odd minorly electric type sensation shooting down from the top of my neck to the bottom of my spine. What gives?

Try it 10 times in a row (the chin to chest thing) in both sitting and standing and see if anything changes. It's most likely just stiffness in the muscles/connective tissues that run down the spine from the back of the head. If it worsens, as you do the repetitive bending, go see your doc.

Sitting down it is not as strong as standing up and by there is no sensation by the time I get to 10. Thanks Bill.
