So i have been a member for only a short time and got involved by a great member, larrabee213. We go to college together and he set me up with the Adam's diet and TT along with some other Chad waterbury workouts. I was seeing results and was having the best workout of my life.
I am really motivated to finally get myself to a reasonable weight and be in top condition.....
Until Two weeks ago. I was Longboard Skateboarding and was almost creamed by a car. I fell pretty hard and dislocated my sholder and hyperextended my knuckles and wrist on my right arm. I have been taking it easy and can barely lift ten pounds with my right arm.
I really dont want to slip off of my diet and excercise because i am really starting to see results. Does anyone know any light weight workouts or rehab-type training to get my arm and wrist back into shape???
