It's most likely some impingement...possibly an A-C joint issue depending on the exact location.

If you have some acquired anterior instability, your rotator cuff may not be strong enough to overcome the pull of the deltoid and you're pinching the cuff and/or bursae under the acromion and/or coracoacromial ligament.

Stretch pecs (major and minor), lats, subscapularis, anterior deltoid, and levator scapula (and perhaps the posterior capsule).

Strengthen external rotators, posterior deltoid, serratus anterior, and lower traps.

Maintain upright postures at all times. Hunchbacks have bad shoulders.

If it persists, get it looked at before it gets worse because in all likelihood, it will if you don't address it.

Stretch pecs (major and minor), lats, subscapularis, anterior deltoid, and levator scapula (and perhaps the posterior capsule). I do GPP (situps, pushups, cross arm stretching, squat thrusts....anything more specific I can be doing to address this?

Strengthen external rotators, posterior deltoid, serratus anterior, and lower traps.
What's a good way to do this? Would you recommend a program or exercises?

Maintain upright postures at all times. Hunchbacks have bad shoulders.
