Re: Bill Inguinal ligamnt right side
Sit with hips and knees at 90 degrees, put your hands behind you in the small of your back, and keep your back it the tallest position you can (your hands will tell you your back position). Lift the knee on the unaffected side up as high as possible without changing your back position. Then do the same on the other side. Is there a difference?
If you stand and arch backward, does it increase the pull in the front of the affected hip?
If you sit for a while with your hip bent, like driving, and then get up is it very tight and/or painful?
Does it hurt when you cough, laugh, or go to the bathroom?
Is there any change in the sensation in your groin, hip, or thigh?
Can you poke on it directly and sense any tenderness?
Let me know.
Bill
