Smile meal plan/prep help

I am trying to gain weight (muscle) and loose about a pound of my stomach. I work out around three times a week, with another (4th) day cardio. I am not very artistic in the kitichen. So I was wondering if anybody has any good simple basic receipt, or knows of a good site.

Thanks!

You want to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time? If you find a recipe for that, let me know!

You didn't really give anyone enough to work with here. We don't know how you eat, what you want to eat, what you've tried, etc.

1.. I don't know anyone that follows a meal plan around here, so that's a tough one.

2. If you're a beginner, then might gain muscle and lose fat, but don't plan on it.

3. One pound of fat is nothing. Is that a typo?

4. Do you want a meal plan or a cook book? What style of eating? Normal eating and just less of it? Any cookbook will do that, but you'll have to figure out how to eat fewer calories.

5. What have you tried?

6. I'm sure there's more...

What's your goal? What sort of things are you eating now? What does your day look like, do you like to cook, do you have time to cook? Do you have three kids to take care of and do night shifts?
