Default Penzey's - what's your favorite blend?

I'm getting ready to make an order from Penzey's spice house but without a catalog it's hard to just browse for ideas with the blends.

I know people here use Penzey's.

What's your favorite blend and what's your favorite way to use it? You can have more than one .

I love the Sate seasoning and I have at least 6 different dried powdered chilis which I use on everything. They started out here and I have one in the strip mall directly across from my Mall. My Mom swears by the salt free poultry seasoning and their peppercorns are the best but I can't remember exactly which ones I bought this last time.

I love Penzey's! Some of our favorites are the Greek seasoning (for tuna fish, or making simple gyros with ground turkey on low-carb wraps), bangkok blend (love it on edamame), southwest seasoning (for easy tilapia tacos), and bbq 3000 seasoning (I remove the skin from chicken drumsticks, rub with this seasoning, and grill).
