Default Jambalaya with Shrimp and Smoked Ham

This recipe turned out SOOOOO good. The only things I changed were using more than 6 oz of the smoked ham....probably more like 10 oz, and I used a bit more cayenne because I like it hot! I also split this in 6 servings instead of 4. It was great!
