Freezer Friendly

Prevention.com has a feature up today - 20 Freezer Friendly meals. I haven't looked at the recipes and macros in depth to see if they will fit my meal plans unchanged - but it seems like a good jumping off point for ideas and how to freeze them.

Thanks! Those look good and I could probably even get the picky eaters in my house to eat some of these.
I love freezing stuff for my lunches and dinners because I don't like making 3 different meals to meet everyone's wants.
