Default Natural PB

Anyone have any healthy recipes including Natural Peanut Butter. I am sorta tired of a Toasted Whole Wheat sandwich with 2 TBSP of Natural Peanut Butter and a cut up banana or apple. Any suggestion that I could pack to bring to school????

Try switching up the jelly. Smucker's Sugar Free Apricot is the best!

I like to smear pb on a whole wheat tortilla or wrap and roll it up. Stick some sharp cheddar cheese in there, too.

PB and celery.

PB and crackers.

Why are you trying to make it about the peanut butter? Do you have a lot of it around or something? You could always take something that's not peanut butter related...

No I just found that it really keeps me full and it is very calorie dense, and I really love the taste.

Ingredients
1 scoop (32 g) chocolate whey protein powder
1.5 tbsp (24 g) Naturally More Peanut Butter
1/2 tsp unsweetened cocoa
1/8 tsp stevia (personal preference, you might not need the extra sweetness)
2-3 tbsp water

Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Consistency will be quite thick and almost frosting-like. I eat it with a spoon right out of the bowl. This is my "dessert" many nights. Sounds strange, but its REALLY good.

You could put all the ingredients into a tupperware container, and just add water right before you are ready to eat it (travels well).

Nutritional Info
1 serving = per serving
Calories: 260
Fat: 10 g
Carbs: 12 g
Protein: 32 g

Default Naturally More PB

Lara - I love it! It tastes just like regular natural PB to me, it just has little flax seeds all mixed in. It's all I use these days. I used to order it from the website, but I found it at Walmart for cheaper.

I make something very similar, only I add a couple of tablespoons of Cool Whip to make it more like ice cream. I've been eating this same dessert almost every night for over a year and never get bored of it!

I've been doing chocolate PP, PB, and blueberries. Mix with a bit of water until mixed up real thick and yummy.

My Mom makes her own version with choc whey, pb, skim milk, oats, and Cool Whip, and heats it up in the microwave for a few minutes (before she adds the Cool Whip). She loves it. There are really so many variations!

Yeah thats called sludge. Its great, i cant remember the supplement company that "claims" to have invented it, but i watched a video about making it. I thought it sounded awful and almost didnt make it, but im glad i did! The stuff rocks!

I first saw this "sludge" recipe in the nutrition plan I am following right now and I have to admit it sounded quite gross and hard to mix together. Now seeing all these endorsements I am intrigued. Will give it a try now.
