Blueberry Cobbler
Blueberry Cobbler
(approximately):
crust:
anywhere from 1 cup to 1/2 cup almonds (chopped in processor) - depending on how many cals you want
2 tablespoon splenda
1 tbsp cinammon
1 egg white
Filling
5c. blueberries
splenda to taste
chop almonds in processor
add splenda, cinammon and egg white
spray baking dish with non-stick
put blueberries in baking dish
sprinkle splenda over top of blueberries (amt is up to you)
put nut mixture over blueberries
bake for 20ish minutes on 350/375 until blueberries are broken down and look like filling and topping is slightly browned
