Default delicious pancakes

I can't take credit for this recipe but we tried them this morning and they were awesome. I wasn't sure how they would turn out but I was pleasantly surprised.


6 eggs
1.5 cups cottage cheese
1.5 cups oatmeal
cinnamon to taste

Mix it all up in a blender to pancake like consistency then cook just like normal pancakes. The recipe above was enough to feed my wife, my two teenage daughters and myself. And found the recipe here:

I hate the blender. I think I'll try it with only using the hand blender on the cottage cheese and then stir in the rest. Thank you for the idea!
