Default Fish Tacos!!!

Sounds Gross, I know. But these are really good and you can change it up how ever you like.

4 fillets of Talapia
cook in the oven at 375 with a little olive oil and lemon juice for about 20 minutes or until clear throughout
Fill soft tortilla with lettuce, salsa, credded cheese and a little hot sause and of course the talapia (torn into bite size pieces)

Fold it up and take a bit!
Hope you like it.

And if you want to make your own salsa, just chopped up some tomatoes, peral onion, fresh garlic, and cilantro. Mix it all together and add a little hot red pepper. Best fresh salsa ever. Sorry I don't have the measurements. I just sort of play arounf with it until it taste right. It's hard to mess up though.

the first time i had fish taco i was in san diego they are everywhere there. i thought it sounded really good. the problem is that i cant find a single east coast restaurant that serves one that is half way decent. the ones my wife and i make are super easy. just cook onion and pepper in a skillet, then add the fish (talapia is a good choice) and some avacado, and a little bit of black beans cook it all together with a little cilantro. put in a tortilla with lettuce, a sprinkle of cheese and a little dab of sour cream.
