Tasty Green Beans
You've got to try these green beans!
1 teaspoon of olive oil
3 cups of cut green beans
2 tablespoons of copped freash parsley
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Heat oil in a skillet. Add green beans and cook for about 3 minutes or until breen beans are bright green. Then add parsley and cook for 3 more minutes.
Add lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of water. Reduce to medium heat and cook covered for 3 minutes. Uncover and cook for 2-3 more minutes stirring frequently.
