Lightbulb Weight Loss Maintenance Recipe

Hello Everyone:

I have this great recipe to share that I've created. After losing some 20 lbs using a natural weight loss guide, I am using recipes like this one to help me on my quest to change my eating habits. Healthy eating is the key to losing weight so I just wanted to make my contribution - enjoy!

Free Recipe: "slow cooker turkey soup" for busy people.

INGREDIENTS

1 turkey breast
4-ozs. pumpkin (butternut squash can be substituted)
2-chopped onions
1-carrot
1-garlic clove
2-tbsp celery
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp curry powder
1/4 basil
1/4 thyme
1/4 parsley
2-bay leaves

DIRECTIONS

Wash turkey breast in lemon and water removing the skin, chopped into small pieces, chop and add all the other ingredients to your slow cooker along with 4-cups of water. Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 7-hours - the end of your work day. Pumpkin/squash used for a natural thick soup. You will have a tasty, healthy meal after your evening workout. This recipe will also help you with maintenance after weight loss.

That sounds really good! I'm a big fan of soups and anything done in a slow cooker. I'm going to add that one to my file and give it try in the near future. Thanks!
