There's nothing magical about juice. Nutrition food, exercise, and rest are what keep you healthy. And, flu is a virus. You can do things to feel better, but it really just has to run it's course. Juice might be an alternative if you simply can't eat solid food, but you're still better off eating the fruit and vegetables and not juicing away a good portion of their ingredients.
People are kidding themselves by thinking juice is as good or better than the whole foods that it comes from.

After you juice all this stuff, take a look at the pulp bin. That's the healthiest part, right there. Most people aren't going to add that stuff back in because it would be a disgusting, gloppy drink.
Eat all that stuff, istead.
