JDeen, good to see you. I think that these boards are much more objective and mature than some of the other ones out there and you will get much better feedback and advice than on bb.com....JPFitness FTW!

Your website is awesome. You really know how to write up your receipes so they can be easily followed and the photography really does justice to food. Thanks for sharing this. I'm gonna try that Thai chicken receipe.

DD, thanx a ton for the compliments. I am such an amateur photographer, haha. I am glad that the pics end up turning out as decent as they have been lately. I am thrilled to share this stuff with everyone. yea, please try it... I am interested to know what others think of it. I personally really like it.

again, thanx so much

Haha, ok ok, I know... but it's still dessert food.... by real food I mean food you eat for a meal, not dessert. Anyway I will have to try those panckaes too :-)

I've got to agree. I make low carb cheesecakes and eat pieces for meals all the time. High protein zucchini bread is good, too.

I had 1/2 a leftover vanilla bean cheesecake for breakfast, just yesterday.

I'll have to look around again. I've started to make foods that are better tasting, rather than make the food a standalone, balanced item.

So, now I'll have low sugar cheesecake with a whey chaser, for instance. I used to put the whey in the cheesecake. It was good, but not that good.

quick bump,

just made a few changes to the blog, added a link list of my recipes for easy reference. someone on another forum was complaining that they couldn't locate the recipes very easily... so I decided to make them a bit more accessible!

Tried the soup recipe today... very good. I was a little worried how it would taste since it's essencially broth and salsa, but I was pleasantly surprised. Thanks! :-)
