Egg Breakfast Sandwich
I like breakfast sandwiches, but usually find the ones in convenience stores and fast food places to be way to greasy and unhealthy. so I took to making my own....and I do it at work in my microwave. I scramble an egg and egg white with diced vegs, or a little turkey bacon, turkey ham, low fat sausage, mayybe some parmesan cheese or low fat cheddar, mix with a little salt/pepper, and put it in a microwave bowl witha tight seal. Bring it to work, pop it in the microwave until the egg is cooked, then throw it on a couple slices of whole grain bread. I may sometimes top it off with either sausa or low fat sour cream. I have a yummy breakfast sandwich for probably a fraction of the calories that the stores and fast foods places push. Finish it off with an orange or grapefruit...
