Default Kinda Greek Sandwhich...not really

Meat

1lbs of Ground\shaved Pork loin (or lamb)
1/4 cup of Lemon Juice
Salt\Pepper
1 TBS of Rosemary

Fry it all.

Sauce
1 cup of plain yogurt.
2 tsp crushed garlic
1/4 cup shredded cucumber
1tsp dill (or mint)

Mix it.

Serve in a pita w\ tomato lettuce

How many servings is that? When does the cookbook come out?

1. All depends how hungry you are I reckon. It's a lbs of meat so you could get 4 pretty respectable sandwiches out of it. That ends up at about 2 "manly" servings. You can dump the sauce in it and reheat it...it kind of screws it all up but still taste OK.

2. I'm not aloud to talk about it in detail the we're nearing finalization!
