Default Delicious shake for coffee lovers

I decided to add some powdered espresso the other day to milk and chocolate protein powder. It's delicious! Tastes just like a mocha. Espresso is better than instant coffee, b/c it has a lot stronger taste to it. This is the kind i used.

I've added instant Folgers before and was disappointed. Maybe this would be better! Thanks!

Thumbs up

I find it humorous how many times we all independently discover this concoction or one similar to it.

I picked some up at the market yesterday. Thanks for the tip and I'll report back with my findings!

Good idea. Like what's his name , I tried instant coffee and was less than impressed.

Sometimes I make extra coffee and freeze it into an ice cube trays, but I get tired of doing all these stupid little time savers... I'll try this.

i also tried adding cinnamon to my chocolate ON shake today, and it wasn't too bad as well. anything to get past the bland chocolate.

The instant Espresso in the shake was good! I don't think I added enough though. Next time I'll really load up. Cinnamon is sooooooooo good. Why did you have to mention the cinnamon Kit Kat Og? That's just not fair.

L'ilJ,

for the longest time, i thought that your avatar had you holding (your?) kid by the shirt with one hand I thought that was totally bad ass. Now i just realized he was on a swing.

I feel so tricked.

hahahahaha

you don't think it looks like that if you just glance at it? I usually don't stare at people's avatars... unless it's the animated one of the chick walking.
