Default low carlb protein bars???

I currently make my protein bars with this recipe:

2 1/2 cups oats
6 scoops pp
4 tbsp cocoa
1 cup purred fruit
2 cups plain yogurt
1/4 teaspoon stevia
1 1/2 cups water

If I was to want to make this recipe low carb for the TNT diet, what could I replace the oats with?? I could put nuts instead of fruit in them, my big problem is the oats.

Thanks in advance!!

I have found that low carb bars successfully include nuts, protein powder, dry coconut flakes, flax and eggs. You can experiment with any of those.

Very simple:
1 cup nuts
4 scoops protein (casein is best)

Mix in a bowl, sowly start adding water until the mixture becomes thick and pasty.

To make more complicated add 2 eggs and any of the dry ingredients above to make it thicker: milled flax, coconut or raw bran.

They bake fast, too!

The whole point is to avoid the protein to make cheaper bars, no? Or else we would just buy them from the store.

No......the whole point is to avoid the carbs from the oats. I want the protein. The ones from the store are processed and I really don't want that.

Nuts would be good or peanut butter.

I have no idea in F. I bake at about 180 C for about 12-15 min. Keep checking on them often to see the time it takes for the pan you use.

According to an online calculator, 180 C = 356 F.
