Default apple pie smoothie

This is a pretty damn good smoothie, great for breakfast if you don't have an apetite(I know I don't). Lots of good carbs/protein

1 cup skim milk
1 scoop vanilla whey
about half a can of sugar-free apple pie filling(buy at wal-mart)
.5 cup of oats
splenda
ice
cinammon
