Default I'm not opposed...

..to anyone who can come up with a healthy queso dip! I love that stuff so much and no matter which way I try to crunch the numbers or mix the ingredients, I just can't get it close enough to be used as frequently as I would like.

I have never tried it but somone said that they used FF cream cheese or FF cottage cheese mixed with salsa and then microwaved it. No matter what the chips are tough to get healthy and the baked ones taste like cardboard. The best I have found is Garden of Eating Blue Corn. I guess you could eat it with veggie dippers. Good Luck
