Default looking for sweet potato french fries

The other day I saw a recipe for some baked french fries made with sweet potatoes. At the time I didn't have any sweet potatoes so I didn't make them. Well now that I have all the ingredients I can't find the recipe. I thought it was in Gourmet Nutrition but I just looked and its not there so it must have been from a link somewhere on this forum.

Anyone have that link or a good recipe for these?

Sweet Potato Fries

These are seasoned, but you can just drop the seasoning. Most recipes are about the same, just monkeying around with the spices.

Thanks LD, looks tasty. I'll have to make those up and try them after I work out next time.

Slice sweet potato.
Toss in oil and cajun seasoning.
Cook.
