Default baked whitefish

Made some Basa fillets last night for supper today. I took the basa and put it in a 14x9 glass baking dish. I took some sour cream, mustard, honey, dill, salt and pepper and mixed it all up. I tasted it as I went to get the flavour I liked. Spread it over the fish and baked for about 20 minutes. I had a sample and it tasted good.

That sounds really good. But if you like REALLY simple, here's one for ya. I buy individually frozen tilapia filets in bulk at Sam's or Walmart. Thaw 5 or 6 of them, it takes about 10 minutes. Preheat your oven to 375, and coat your pan (I use a big Pyrex baking dish) with Pam with Olive Oil. Put the fish in the pan, cover both sides with Emeril's Fish Rub. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes. Done! It's pretty good for being so simple.

I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer.
