Default Tuna Fish Cakes

Don't know if anything like this has been posted but I thought i would put it up anyway.

Ingredients:

Lge can tuna
crushed garlic
capsicum
chilli flakes
1 or 2 eggs
mixed herbs
onion
seasoning (optional)

Cut the onion and capsicum up really small.
Mix the eggs into the tuna. Add capsicum, onion, garlic and herbs (in whatever quantity you desire) and mix together.

Put on a tray in patties then grill until cooked.

Really easy and pretty tasty. use more spices etc. to lose a bit of the tuna taste if you are over tuna!

For those non-Aussies, capsicum = pepper (green or red bell)

Sounds awesome!

sounds good.

We do salmon patties (canned salmon) that are pretty similar. Never considered using tuna.
