Default The Fenway Park

I just posted this bad boy over at T-Nation and thought you guys would like it too.

The Fenway Park
2 Al Fresco Italian Chicken Sausages
1 Green Pepper
1/2 Large onion.
1/2 TSBP Olive Oil

Cut the Green Pepper and onion into medium sized slices (1/2in. in width). Heat nonstick pan on medium-high. Add olive oil, peppers, and onions. Saute for 3 minutes on until onions start to become translucent. Slice sausages on the diagnal and add to pan. Let cook for another minute (the sauages are already pre-cooked). Salt and Pepper to taste. Throw it in a bowl, turn on the game, and eat!

I'm loving the Al Fresco chicken sausage links. . . they are freaking good. The spicy jalapeno is my fav. right now.

Looks like a tasty recipe!

Spicy jalapeno is great. I alway have a couple flavors on hand so I can use the one that will best compliment the dish.

Where can I find the Al Fresco Sausages? Are they in the fresh meats section? Don't think I've ever seen them before.

I've made this several times, using Jennie-O hot italian sausages. It's good for a quick meal.

Sometimes? It is sometimes in the organic/health food section too.
