Default Chocolate Candy

Here is a no cook no sugar chocolate candy recipe you may like:

8 ounces Nestle pre-melted baking chocolate (no sugar)
8 ounces nut flour, (Trader Joe's is the place to go for this)
2 tsps vanilla
equal to 1 cup or less of your favorite sugar substitute, or to taste
2/3 to 3/4 cups of whipping cream

If you use squares of baking chocolate you will of course have to carefully melt them, chocolate scorches easily. Bakers and Hersheys are OK, at a specialty shop you can get chi chi pure chocolate, but it will be expensive - sometimes I do. You want a soft but not soupy texture. Press it into a baking pan, score into squares. Or form it into balls, maybe roll in nuts. This should be stored in the fridge.
