Default eggs and nuts, why not?

I eat eggs every day but it gets boring. This morning I did the following:
I used

1 egg
1 egg white
3 almonds, 5 cashews
10 raisins
pat of butter
2 oz ricotta cheese

Mixed the egg and egg white, poured them in the pan after I melted a pat of butter and sprinkled the nuts and raisins on top. After I flipped it over and took it out I folded it with some ricotta in the middle.

Mind you thiis is a girly dieting portion so it's
cals 265
protein 14 gr 22%
fat 19 gr 67%
carbs 8 gr 11%

I assume a good guy move would be to add 2 more whole eggs and use 1 oz of nuts
LD and Blackjack, I think this fits in with the GS plan

It fits, assuming you just forgot to list the veggies.

Raisins and eggs? Interesting.

yummy, it sounds like a flourless crepe

I eat 80g of frozen spinach, 10g parmesan, choppen onions, mushroom, sundried tomato, 30g cottage cheese/ricotta with 2eggs and 2 whites every morning. Yummm, I don't get bored of it

recently switched to the frozen spinach since it's already chopped up and you can put more in since there's less volume. I just nuke it for minute to defrost it.

I always wondered if I could eat it more than once a day, but I guess I worry about 4 eggs (left over from eggs are bad days, I guess)

It's about 330 cal breakfast including the 1/2 cup milk in my cappuccino

No need to worry about the eggs. I rarely go over 2 yolks though because the calories add up fast and they are not as filling as meat.

lol when I read the title. My daughter has two food allergies: eggs and nuts. That recipe would pretty much kill her!
