Default Post workout meals I need some help, what's yummy?

I workout pretty late so when I get home I got like 2 hours before I go to bed. Whats some good Post workout meals? yummy things you guys like.

I always opt for a shake when i close to bed time, try this one. The oats make it more satisfying since you can chew on them a little (at least then it seems like you're actually "eating").
Choco-Banana smoothie
· 8 oz. Of chocolate milk or soy milk
· ½ a Banana
· ½ cup of rolled oats
· 2 tablespoons of flaxseed meal
· 2 scoops (weight = 30 grams) of whey or soy protein powder
· Ice cubes

Nutrional breakdown -
550 calories
71 grams of carbohydrate
42 grams of protein
11 grams of fat
12 grams of fiber

sure, just ace it.....it's only a 1/2 banana so the calories etc. wo't change all that much. i just like the texture that the banana brings.....maybe add some more oats. A touch of vanilla extract will also make it a little tastier!
