Default Poor Man's Burrito

Okay guys, many of you might laugh at me for this one, but it's damn good in a pinch, and can be thrown together in about as much time as it takes to open a can of tuna.

I'm a huge Taco Bell fan, but steer clear of it as much as possible for obvious reasons. So, I stumbled onto a way to have a little taste without any of the crap!

Take a whole wheat tortilla, throw a can of tuna into it, and top it with a few mild and few hot Taco Bell sauces (which I steal by the bagload when I do go there). That's IT! You can dress it up with veggies, cheese, lettuce, or whatever, but I keep it simple and easy.

It's got that hint of TB taste, but is a heck of a lot better for you.

Alright, you may all laugh now!

Mike

I love that sauce. I steal it for eggs, chili, tuna, all sorts of things. Good call.
