Default kiwi sorbet + experiment

I found a really nice looking recipe for kiwi sorbet from the Williams Sonoma website - kiwi's, sugar, egg white, lemon juice, mint leaves.....

I'm gonna do a little trickery to it by using stevia and Wild Berry Burst Greens+

What better place to put some green into something that's supposed to be green? The Wild Berry flavor is pretty sweet from the stevia, so bye bye need for sugar.

I've tasted the "original" version, and it's quite refreshing, I'd love to have a healthy ice cream replacement for this hot summer that's already here...

if it's good, I'll post the details :p

wish me kitchen luck!

Looks yummy! Good luck!

*To stay with the green theme, how about some Margerita mix and tequila as well?

Well, the greens+ experiment makes it look like broccoli sorbet. It's OK, but the orignal version is much better. Probably could have done better with the Stevia...it's a bit tart...but should still be fun.

will have to try yet another version without the greens+ and just a stevia sorbet

Yeah, broccoli

Oh, and I decided to dump it last night. It wasn't horrible, but just a weird acquired taste that I wasn't going to get used to
