Default Turkey Quinoa Chili

http://www.johnberardi.com/gn/rep/quinoa_chili.htm

Not sure if this have been posted here before. If not, you guys are missing out.

I've been cooking this recipe for close to a year now and I think it rocks, so I thought I'd share it with you guys.

The recipe calls for Ostrich but I use X-lean ground turkey or Emu instead.

Enjoy!

I've tried bison in it before but it just seems to taste better with turkey. I save my bison for wraps.
